• I have to tell you how grateful we are that you stretched our horizons to a new, more peaceful neighbourhood and a townhouse rather than apartment. It is a great area and the two-minute walk to the bus stop is great, I am able to sit on one bus all the way to work downtown and read (its turning out to be the best part of my day!)

• I highly recommend realtor Pat Lanuke, who recently helped my husband and I buy our ‘forever’ home. She was also invaluable in helping us sell my late mother’s home after she passed away. Pat was our advocate through the buying process, offering critical advice when we were prepared to bid on overpriced homes. She went to great lengths - quickly - to pull comparable prices to ensure we were not paying more than a property was worth. Pat was on a working holiday when we decided to put an offer on our dream home, but helped us do so electronically from halfway around the world.
